Heart For The Old

One of the missions of the organisation responsible for the Moral Home Of The Aged Sick is to help all people and to give relief to anyone in hardship, disaster or need, without discrimination as to race, colour, creed, language or religion.

I was glad the academy had the opportunity to show their care and concern for the elderly. The shooters accompanied 24 residents of the home to the Gardens By The Bay. They had to learn how to handle wheel chair, to assist the old folks in eating and most of all, to engage the old folks. It was a day well spent.

Monkeys Can Run

The lower sec monkeys had their 2.4km run this morning. I was pleased with them for pushing themselves hard. I was delighted that the seniors dropped by to encourage and pace their juniors.

I was even more delighted with Noris. She passed her running test yesterday. However, she ran again this morning as she was not satisfied with her results. She finally managed to get the grade she wanted. Clap clap!

Peter's Generosity

Once again thanks to Mr Peter Lim, a few of our monkeys received monetary awards to defray part of their expenses. If the monkeys ever become rich and famous, hopefully they would emulate PL. On behalf of the recipients, Thank You!

Chase The Wind

It was an exciting 4 x 400m relay competition. Congrats to our runners for sweeping all the B and C titles. Good job!

SG Final Squad

It’s official. Ting Wei and Martina have made it into the final SEA Games squad. Coach Nigel and alumnus Jian Huan are also in. Congrats. We wish them all the best in their preparation. We will definitely be crossing our fingers and toes during their shoot.
