Pool Recovery

It has been quite a while since they last swam. So it was a good relaxing dip after a long run.

Happy Birthday, Singapore

I am very proud of the Sec Ones. They put up a very slick dance performance at the school’s National Day Celebration.

Congrats to Gwen and Gabriel for being presented Commendation Awards; and best wishes to Martina for the coming AYG in Nanjing.

Follow The Wind

It is very sad to lose two monkeys in the same month. Bye bye Claire! Bye bye Meow Meow! We will certainly miss you guys. Do keep us posted on your new world. Make sure you guys come back to visit us often. Remember, this place will always be your home. This piece is dedicated to you guys.

Follow The Wind

Set your sail and follow the wind

Sail the seas and pursue your dreams

Let the stars be your guiding light

And let our thoughts share your nights

Who can tell what the future holds

Where the wind takes you no one knows

When you have accomplished your tasks

When you seek friendship from the past

Or when you are down and alone

Just follow the wind and sail home

We Are The Champion

Congrats to the footballers for winning the B Division title. It was a close fight but we eventually won by one goal. And to one of our monkeys, No 11 is the Man Of the Match.

Monday Gym

I am glad the monkeys are pushing themselves hard in the gym. Remember, pain is only temporary!
