Shooting Shooters

It is easy to shoot shooters. They are mostly standing still. Anyway, all the best to those who are going up to KL for SEASA Championships.

Kaleidoscope Of Colours

It has been quite some time since I last popped by the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Well, this morning it was cloudy and cool – just right for a flower shoot. Enjoy!

Pilates For Shooters

According to Wikipedia: “Pilates was designed by Joseph Pilates. It is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center (tones abdominals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' flexible system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. No muscle group is under or over trained. It enhances core strength and brings increased reach, flexibility, sure-footedness and agility.”

This is definitely something the monkeys need.

May Babies

Happy Birthday to Shannon, Brian and my lovely wife. May all of you stay young and happy forever. Also a big thank you to Aunty Ng for the sushi and sandwiches. We really appreciate it. And after the 'makan', it was back to training.

Having A Ball Of A Time

We have designated Wednesday as an activity day, that is, doing anything but training. Today is Wednesday and these photos show the crazy side of the monkeys.
